Most of you may not know but our DOMESTIC SEAFOOD, such as our black grouper, salmon, scallops, mussels, clams, lobster and shrimp, are all part of the TRACE seafood program. Our seafood is tracked back to the how the fish was caught, either by spear or long line. It can even be traced back to the DIVER that speared it! Benedetto‘s only serves the freshest seafood possible.

WINE DINNERS

Our first wine dinner will be on July 7th. There will be only 40 spots available. It will consist of wine parings with a 7 course meal. Yes 7 courses! This gives Chef Ben an opportunity to create some amazing courses of domestic seafood, Hawaiian seafood, wild game, local produce, Italian pastas, wines and desserts.

You will also be allowed to choose any two bottles of Benedetto‘s Private Label Wine, and a bottle of our house dressing to take home with you. Also you will be able to purchase any of the wines featured at a heavily discounted price. Stay Tuned for more info and menu in next week’s email. Cost will be $75-$90 per person.
